Government fees are passed through at cost; service charges are agreed in advance per case or per retainer. All engagements are subject to UAE law.

Information you share — name, contact details, document copies — is used solely to process your request with the relevant UAE authority. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Records are retained as required by UAE regulations and may be requested for deletion at any time.

Invoices itemise government fees and service charges separately. Payment is due within 10 days from invoice date. Friendly reminders are sent after the due date; late invoices remain payable in full.
